John C. Lee - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. John C. Lee is the CEO of Tek Ltd.
He holds three Masters (M. Div from Princeton
Seminary, M.A. from U of Oregon and a
Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP),
from Rutgers University). John has had
many and diverse executive positions and
business ownership experiences.
Tochi Bains - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tochi Bains has been with Amplidyne,
Inc since 1991 and has held positions
in Sales and Marketing and Operations.
Tochi, when running the sales and marketing
operation developed a wide range of customers
for Amplidyne such as Harris Corporation,
ADC Telecom. Allen Telecom, LGIC, Samsung
and Airspan Corporation. For over 4 years
Tochi also streamlined and ran manufacturing
operations and product development. From
August 2004 to July 2005, Tochi has also
held position of CEO. Tochi has MSc in
Automotive Engineering from Cranfield
Institute Of Technology, Bedford, England.
Prior to joining Amplidyne, Inc., Tochi
was Technical Manager at Land Rover Ltd.,
Solihull, England.
Joe Nordgaard - Business Development
Consultant
As the former lead strategist for Lucent
Wireless Network Systems, Mr. Joe Nordgaard
created and drove Lucent's global business
development leadership in the cdma450
industry. Joe's work with governments,
operators and vendors directly led to
the use of cdma450 in over 30 countries
and is scheduled for use in many more.
Joe is using his 23 years of telecom experience
and wireless contacts around the world
to introduce Wi-Tron's technology advances
in wireless RF transmission to OEM's and
wireless service providers worldwide.
Joe was recently awarded a "Gold
Medal Of Honor" from Huawei Technologies,
of Shanghai, China; the first one given
to a non-Huawei employee. Joe holds two
patents in wireless communications, has
two Bachelor of Science degrees and a
Master of Science degree in Computer Science
from Monmouth University.
Dave Bains - Interim CTO and VP Product
Development
Mr. Dave Bains was Chairman of the Board,
President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer
and Director of Amplidyne Inc from its
inception in 1988 to May, 2004. Dave stepped
down from the Board of Directors in August
2004.
From 1983 to 1988 Dave was Group Leader
of Amplifier division of Microwave Semiconductor
Corporation, a division of Siemens Group.
Previously, Dave was employed at G.E.C.
in Coventry, England. Dave received a
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering
from Sheffield University, England, and
a Masters Degree from the University of
Leeds and Sheffield England. Dave as of
August 2004 was appointed Chief Technical
Officer.
