C. Lee - Chairman of the Board
Mr. John C. Lee is the CEO of Tek Ltd.
He holds three Masters (M. Div from Princeton
Seminary, M.A. from U of Oregon and a
Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP),
from Rutgers University). John has had
many and diverse executive positions and
business ownership experiences.
 Tochi
Bains - Director
Mr. Tochi Bains has been with Wi-Tron,
Inc. since 1991 and has held positions
inSales and Marketing and Operations and
CEO. Tochi has MSc in Automotive Engineering
from Cranfield Institute of Technology,
Bedford, England. Prior to joining Amplidyne,
Inc Tochi was Technical Manager at Land
Rover Ltd., Solihull, England.
Mikio Tajima - Director
Mr. Mikio Tajima held several positions
with the United Nations from 1961 to 1994,
mostly in economic development. His last
position held was Director of Economic
Policy and Social Development at U.N headquarters.
He received a B.A. in Economics and International
Relations both in Japan and U.C. in Berkeley,
CA, and a M.A. from Columbia University
in International Administration and Organization.
Mikio Tajima has served as a Wi-Tron Director
since November 2005.
